Display screens installed in Reading Room on 22 February 2021
Below is a selection of photos of the two screens installed.
One, the larger, screen is on the corner of Crane Wharf looking down Kings Road towards the town centre. The other screen is double sided alongside the main RR entrance, where the old TV screen was located. Both screens are portrait shape.
The content is currently being developed but will consist of slides and videos promoting CS as well as our church and Reading Room. We hope to be able to relay our services to the screens at some point although the sound will not be relayed outside the building.
The screens are on timers which come on at 7am daily and go off again at 9pm.
The one on the RR window, in particular, can be affected by sunshine on bright days. At other times they will stand out well against the prevailing light.
